Ken Miklos is a principal of the company. He is an independent, professional agrologist with over 25 years of industry experience. He is a seasoned negotiator with a passion for the land that supports us all. This expertise is supported by a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and extensive training in the fields of real estate appraisal and resource property economics and geology.

With an exceptional combination of academic training, business acumen and practical know-how, Ken has developed a specialized expertise that adds value for clients and resolves conflicts with the resource industry.

This expertise involves surface rights, mineral rights and environmental issues.

Ken adheres to the Alberta Institute of Professional Agrologists code of ethics. He lives in Millarville, southwest of Calgary with his wife and two teenage daughters.
